Kathy Shows Photography was born from my growing family, my passion for documenting our story and encouragement from family and friends. I am Kathy Shows….mother, wife, accountant and photographer. I have three beautiful children that I adore photographing in my spare time (and 3 nieces and 4 nephews when I get to see them!) I am married to my wonderful husband who happens to be one of my biggest fans as well as my resident IT consultant.

I am a lifestyle photographer and my passion is creating art from captured moments that you will treasure forever. Like life, my sessions are unscripted. I work on-location and use natural light to photograph your children, your family, or you in a relaxed and inviting way. I enjoy the purity of natural light and how it highlights skin tones, hair and of course eyes. I find inspiration in beautiful, natural environments and I love seeing how a session develops as we work together to incorporate those elements into your photographs. These are your moments, your memories and they should be raw, pure, fun, fresh, funky, innocent…..whatever you wish for them to be!!!
